Terms of Service
- According our company policy, One account can be utilized by one person only.
- Our company is not liable to offer support for any hardware problems related to PCs, Routers, Printers, Servers and Wireless Access Devices.
- Printhelp99 does not provide replacement or takes liability for any malfunctioning computer parts.
- Printhelp99 do not provide any warranty on hardware and software under the support plan.
- All the interactions and communications between Printhelp99 Support’s experts and customers are should be in obedience of cyber laws.
Payments terms –
- While dealing with us, Customer need to have a valid credit card for availing the services of printhelp99. Our company can take any time accept or reject a demand made via a credit card.
- Our support services begin from the moment on which the agreement is contracted the service charge is made.
- We confirm you, we never save any credit card information of the customers in our record.
Cancellation and Termination
- If our customer wants to cancel the support service with our company printhelp99, he/she has to request for the cancellation over via email or a phone.
- If any client cancel the service before the end of the paid up month, it would lead to instant cancellation. now customer would not be asked for any charge again.
- Printhelp99 has all rights to cancel the service for the use of illegal software.
- Printhelp99 reserves the rights to decline services to a customer at any point of time.
- After the cancellation of our services, we transfer the customers data to active servers to be used in the future anytime.
- If any client does not get satisfaction with our services for a single issue about his PC within 7 days from the date of payment. Our company will give him the complete refund.
- In any other condition, If our technicians fail to fix even one issue then we will provide a full refund to the customer.
- However, if in case one issue is resolved, the customer will not get full refund. Our company has the rights to cut down a minimum of 25% of the total payment charged.
Service and Prices Modification
- Printhelp99 have all rights to change, suspend, cease, or permanently stop a service without any notice at any point of time.
- Printhelp99’s service prices of a monthly subscription are subject to a change on a notice period of 30 days. Changes will be e-mailed to your registered clients.
